Fill out the templateThis disclaimer notice may be used by a sporting organisation in England and Wales. It is intended to be used for use by an organisation that arranges and hosts sporting events, to minimise its liability to participants.
The disclaimer notice is designed for use for adult sporting activities, or sporting activities where children may attend with a responsible adult. It is not designed for use for events geared exclusively towards children. We are currently in the process of creating a document for child-only sporting events, where children may attend without a responsible adult.

It should be noted that this document is designed for use in conjunction with other key legal documents (such as the full terms and conditions for the sporting event). An event organiser may also hold documents such as:
This document should be completed with the relevant information. It is not necessary for the event organiser to sign the disclaimer.
