A Complaint Letter to Landlord is a tenant uses to make complaints about their neighbours or the rental property. The tenant is a party that occupies the landlord's leased property for rent. Examples of complaints include broken fixtures, loud or noisy neigbour, trespass or encroachment, defacing of the neighbourhood, etc. The main purpose of this letter is to inform the landlord about the problem and suggest ways the landlord must resolve such issues.

The Residential Lease or Commercial Lease Agreement contains the terms and conditions of a lease. It may also address a tenant's issues with the leased property or other tenants. Therefore, the tenant should review their agreement to understand how it seeks to resolve these problems.

If the tenant wants to request basic repairs or maintenance of the property, then the Tenant's Maintenance Request Letter may be more appropriate for that purpose.
