Tenant's Complaint Letter to Landlord

A Complaint Letter to Landlord is a tenant uses to make complaints about their neighbours or the rental property. The tenant is a party that occupies the landlord's leased property for rent. Examples of complaints include broken fixtures, loud or noisy neigbour, trespass or encroachment, defacing of the neighbourhood, etc. The main purpose of this letter is to inform the landlord about the problem and suggest ways the landlord must resolve such issues.

This document requires the name and contact details of the tenant that is sending this letter and the name and address of the landlord or the landlord's agent. After completing this document, it should be printed and signed by the tenant that is sending it. After this, the tenant should send it to the landlord.
