Volunteer Agreement

A Volunteer Agreement is a document that can be used by a non-profit organization that wishes to utilize volunteers for their service. Many non-profits that do community service work rely on volunteers, as their funding can be limited. Before individuals can begin volunteering with an organization, they need to sign an agreement covering the details.

Then some additional information will be entered, such as the name of the volunteer supervisor and an emergency contact.
