Virtual Office Agreement

This Virtual Office Agreement is different than a Coworking Space Agreement because of the different services provided. A Coworking Space Agreement most often provides a host of other services, besides simply a virtual office.

This means that there are clauses that favor the provider, as is common in these types of documents.
