Creative Artist Agent Agreement

The agent and the artist can discuss the terms of the Agreement and create and sign the final Agreement prior to the work actually beginning. This Agreement can also be created after the work has already begun for the purpose of clarifying and formalizing the relationship between the parties and describing the responsibilities of all involved parties. Applicable law
