Proposed Solution

I wish to exercise my short-term right to reject the goods in accordance with section 19 (3) (a) and section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (the Act).

I have notified you of this within 30 calendar days of my purchase. I was therefore within time to exercise my short-term right to reject the goods (section 22 (3) of the Act). I request a full refund for the goods for the amount of £________ (________).

Please let me know the arrangements for returning the goods to you. You are to bear any reasonable costs incurred by me in returning the goods (section 20 (8) of the Act).
