2. NATURE OF AGREEMENT

A. This document serves as an agreement for us to engage you as a worker. It comprises of a statement of terms as per the requirements of section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.

B. You therefore have the status as a worker and not an employee.



3. COMMENCEMENT DATE

A You shall be eligible to be offered and accept offers of work from us, from ________ (the Commencement Date).



4. YOUR ROLE AS A WORKER

A. You will be engaged as a worker as follows:

5. TERM OF AGREEMENT

6. PROBATIONARY PERIOD

I. your performance shall be reviewed by us in order to assess your suitability for continuing work opportunities and your overall performance; and

II. you shall be notified in writing at the conclusion of the Probationary Period of the outcome; and

III. we reserve the right to extend the Probationary Period by a further period, which shall not exceed more than three MONTHS, in the event that this is deemed necessary to assess your suitability and your overall performance performance; and

IV. in the event that any such extension is considered necessary you shall be notified in writing.



7. TERMINATION

A. During your probationary period, the agreement may be immediately terminated by you or us by serving written notice.

B. After your probationary period, either party may terminate the agreement prior to the Termination Date with written notice of: ________.

The Agreement can be terminated by us in writing with immediate effect where we have reason to believe you to have: committed any acts of gross misconduct; or where you have breached any of the obligations placed upon you under this agreement; or where you have failed to comply with the requisite standard of conduct.



8. PLACE OF WORK

9. REQUIREMENT TO WORK OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM

A. You may be required to work outside the United Kingdom for a period of more than one MONTH. If you are required to work outside the United Kingdom for such periods these will fall within the following periods of time:

C. During any period where you are required by us to work outside the United Kingdom for more than one MONTH, you shall not be be entitled to any additional renumeration.

10. HOURS OF WORK

11. HOLIDAYS

A. You will be entitled to your statutory minimum of 5.6 times your working week in paid holiday. Your holiday entitlement will accrue as you work.

B. The above entitlement will be inclusive of any bank holidays and public holidays for a total of amount 1.6 times your average working week.

C. The holiday year runs for one calendar year from the Commencement Date each year.

D. Your annual leave entitlement must be taken in the year in which it accrues.

E. Annual leave should be agreed in advance between us. Requests should be made no less than ________ WEEK prior to the desired period of leave.

F. On termination of this arrangement, you will be paid in lieu for any untaken statutory holiday entitlement in respect of the holiday period in which the arrangement is terminated. Any holiday taken in excess of your accrued entitlement on termination shall be deducted from your final pay.



12. ADDITIONAL PAID LEAVE

A. You may (subject to the relevant terms, conditions and/or legal requirements) be entitled to the following forms of additional paid leave:

A. You shall be paid per hour for the amount of hours of work undertaken by you.

15. SICKNESS AND ABSENCES

A. Where you are due to work and are unable to work due to sickness or injury, you must notify us of your absence in the following manner:
