V. except as otherwise provided in this Will, to invest, manage, lease, sell, dispose of property belonging to my estate;

VI. to retain, insure, repair, improve all properties in my estate;

VII. to maintain, settle, sue or otherwise deal with any lawsuit against my estate;

VIII. except as otherwise provided in this Will, to act as my trustee by holding in trust the shares of my estate belonging to any non adult beneficiary and to invest this share for the maintenance and education of the beneficiary and to deliver all shares belonging to the beneficiary when same attains the age of majority or to the guardian of the non adult beneficiary as the case may be, considering the best interest of the infant.
