Dog Walking Agreement

The Dog Walking Agreement is a document that can be used by dog owners (hereafter referred to as the "Client") who are availing the dog walking for their dog at their home residence or other location.

This Agreement can be used by an individual or organization providing dog walking service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). This Agreement does not create any employment relationship between the Client and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is responsible for filing their own income tax and other taxes if any. If the parties want to establish an employment relationship, they should use the Employment Agreement instead.

This Agreement will help both parties to clarify the agreed terms and avoid any disputes in the future.

How to use this document?

The Agreement includes the details of the Client, who are dog owners and the Service Provider, and the details of the dogs to which this Agreement is applicable. Careful thought should be given to the following details:

• details of services and meals provided;
• location of service;
• schedule of the service;
• responsibilities of each party.

Once the document is filed, it can be printed on a non-judicial stamp paper of value prescribed by the concerned state. A copy can be given to the Service Provider. A copy also needs to be kept with the Client for any future reference.

Applicable law

The Dog Walking Agreement will be covered under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
