Dear ________,

This Letter serves as a formal notification regarding the security deposit for the rental property located at: ________ ("Property").

Your tenancy period ran from ________ to ________ in accordance with the Lease Deed dated ________ ("Lease Deed"). You had deposited Rs ________ (________) as an interest-free security deposit at the beginning of the lease period.

As per the Lease Deed, I conducted a final inspection of the Property on ________ after You vacated. During this inspection, I noted several issues necessitating repair and cleaning in order to restore the property to its original condition. I regret to inform You that certain necessary deductions from the security deposit are required.

Upon inspection of the property, the following damages to the property were found:
