3.2. The Employee is entitled to request the option of remote work upon the successful completion of six months employment with ________. A formal request stating the reasons why remote working is being requested, the number of days per week the Employee wishes to work remotely must be furnished to the Employer. The Employer will duly consider the request in contemplation of the Employee's unique circumstances and the commercial viability of a remote working arrangement. A decision will be issued to the Employee within one month of the request's receipt.
Article 4: Employee Remuneration
4.1. The Employee in exchange for services rendered in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract of Employment shall receive remuneration at the hourly rate of ________ (________) Euro.
This is the Employee's pay reference period under the Minimum Wage and Employment Act.
4.2. The Employee's Remuneration is issued at weekly intervals. The Employer will endeavour to furnish payment on Monday, allowing for a grace period of one working day.
4.3. The Employee is not eligible to work any overtime in line with the Protection of Young Persons in Employment Act 1996.

Article 5: Hours of Work

5.3. Pursuant to the Organisation of Working Time Act, all employee are entitled to the following rest periods:
(a) a daily rest period of 11 consecutive hours per 24 hours

(c) a 15 minute break for every 4.5 hours worked
(d) a 30 minute break for every 6 hours worked (these 30 minutes can be calculated to include the first break in (c))
5.4. Employees should ensure they take adequate breaks in line with their statutory entitlements.
5.5. Employees hourly wage shall be calculated to include time spent on break.
Article 6: Absences from Work
6.1. Should the Employee be unable to present at work for any reason, be it illness, bereavement or any other extenuating circumstances, they must notify the Employer as follows:

6.2. Should the Employee suffer personal circumstances that result in ongoing or chronic absences from work they must notify the Employer as follows:

6.3. The Employee is entitled to the following Contractual Sick Pay: ________ (________) Euros per day.
Article 7: Annual Leave
7.1. The Employee is entitled to ________ (________) days of leave per annum, inclusive of statutory leave and contractual leave.
7.2. The Employee's annual leave entitlement is calculated from the Commencement Date above.
7.3. Should the Employee for whatever reason fail to use their annual leave entitlement within the year of its accrual, the unused leave up to the amount of ________ (________) days can be carried over into the following calendar year.
7.4. The Employee must get Employer approval in advance of taking annual leave. A request to take leave on specified dates must be made at least ________ (________) weeks in advance of the intended leave period. While all attempts will be made to accommodate the Employee's request, the Employer reserves the right to decline requests for leave on specific dates where it is deemed commercial necessary.
