COMMERCIAL LEASE AMENDMENT AGREEMENT
This Lease Amendment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is effective as of ________ by and between ________, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario (hereinafter "the Landlord"), and ________, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario (hereinafter the "Tenant").
The Landlord and the Tenant are hereinafter referred to as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
RECITALS

Article 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. Binding: This Agreement is for the benefit of and against the respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors and/or administrators of both parties.
4.2. Miscellaneous: If any part or sub-part of this Agreement is found to be invalid by court order, judgment or other legal provision, the remaining parts and sub-parts of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum extent possible.
4.3. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
4.4. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter.
